We believe that the conference will provide an open forum for scholar students, academicians, researchers or scientists and insure the exchange of experiences and research results on various aspects and application areas. Conference also gives an excellent opportunity to establish useful professional and research contacts with foreign colleagues and begin a common cooperation between universities and research centres.
